Of course capital punishment is wrong. Who in their right mind would think that killing a person for killing someone is an appropriate punishement? Should we rape people who are convicted of rape?

- Identify the contention and main arguments
- Identify what makes each arugument persuasive ie. the persuasive techniques associated with it
- Write a paragraph where you quote words from the piece you are analysising and explain why they have been used
