What’s the difference between a Monologue and a Soliloquy?
A monologue might be delivered to an audience within a play, or it might be delivered directly to the audience sitting in the theatre and watching the play.
A soliloquy is a speech that one gives to oneself, like the character is thinking out loud. It gives the audience an insight into the character’s internal thoughts.

Take a photo of the board. Your homework will be to copy these notes into a Word document. This will be helpful when it comes time to write your essays.
